TODAY AT MILFORD'S

     soup tonight is andouille sausage with organic pearl couscous.......or have one of the other five salads we're offering this month...watermelon/tomato/cucumber...organic farro....organic arugula....our own pickled beets....tomato/basil/goat cheese.....and dressed romaine greens with blue cheese crumbles......all entrees at Milford's include your choice of soup or salad...plus that fresh baked bread.....                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          hasn't been a good time in the Pacific Northwest this last month for shellfish....just too hot !   so we've had to re-think our appetizer menu for awhile....our Korean style calamari is still good and popular...we have fresh Penn Cove mussels...Thai style shrimp balls....a 4 prawn cocktail (old school)....we really like the grilled baby octopus with Linguica sausage....Buffalo style crispy catfish fingers....Dungeness crab stuffed mushrooms....and our escargot (bourguignonne style)........    a shame to not have oysters on the half shell...but all we've seen lately are spawners....                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              for entrees.....we're still stuffing fresh steelhead with brie cheese and Dungeness crab meat...roasting it....a fresh wild Alaskan sockeye salmon filet,  grilled Costa Rican mahi mahi ....our seafood fettuccine ....a parmesan & crab crusted cod....always we offer our seafood saute.....plus, this week...make that saute into a surf & turf of sorts by adding a grilled pork prime rib chop to it.....jumbo white prawns (a panko shallow fry)....and a North Atlantic lobster tail                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            also...we are offering a couple of steaks....an 8 oz top sirloin and a 12 oz New York....we have fresh Australian lamb chops tonight....and an entree of those fresh pork prime rib chops.....

               on the dessert menu....always creme brulee.....always key lime pie...fresh peaches and 3 creams......a chocolate mousse....apple pie sundae.....caramel and sea salt on vanilla ice cream.... and fresh strawberries with mascarpone
